Ɏntefæhrne (In-tuh-fair-nuh)
Overview
Ɏntefæhrne is Avalǿn's oldest continent and the birthplace of sapient life. Every complex life form derived from this continent around 170,000 years ago. The continent stretches across 865 miles and has a population of 4.6 million people. Throughout the years the continent has somewhat been forgotten by many, left to rot in a state of ruin much like all of its fallen empires.History
Avalǿn's oldest continent wasn't discovered so nobody can say how long people have been calling it home. The furthest back that documented history goes is only around 11,000 years. Since then, the continent has been the birthplace of many ancient Empires and Kingdoms - the Qn'sçen Empire and the Ryvaulx Kingdom to name a few. Ɏntefæhrne is responsible for all of early humanity's technological advancements such as currency, trade, transport and civilisation. However as time went on and new shores were discovered, many moved away and forgot about where they started. This left a once thriving continent somewhat lifeless with a fraction of the population it used to have. Now, many people only view Avalǿn's oldest continent as another piece of ancient history.Government
Only one of Ɏntefæhrne's countries is monarchical - Tophren. The country is ruled over by Queen Rania. The rest of Ɏntefæhrne is divided up between Lords and Nobles who overlook certain regions. Most towns don't belong to larger districts - instead they are governed by individual administrators.Maps

Welcome to Ɏntefæhrne, the oldest continent on Avalǿn. Once home to sprawling empires, Ɏntefæhrne has cemented itself into history using its rich culture and colossal monoliths. However, its Kingdoms have grown weary with age. Now only one remains, and it won't be long before it fades into darkness like the rest.
