King Fencis Lozence was the 101st, and last King of Everen. He was described as a jolly and benevolent man who, throughout his time on the throne campaigned for Everen to put its dark Mesilist roots and customs behind it and start bringing it into the new age. In the last years of his life, he tried to pass laws that aimed to stop discrimination of the exotic races in the country, though every single one was met with riots and outbursts from the Everean Public. Following the siege of Terren in 486 AXR, Lozence  was assassinated by a rebel swordsman and leader of the Everen coup d'état, Xadeas Barontyne, who would later go on to build the country into an Empire, and undo all of the work Lozence  devoted his life to.
