Priscilla

The Oracle

Rumored to have been the first night hag, Priscilla Deadwrangle has existed since well before the Calamity and is responsible for the creation of a number of Vestiges of Divergence and Dawn War titans, most notably Aurorus, the Dawn Phoenix. Throughout history, in times of dire need, beings of immense power have turned towards her for aid and prophecy.
Although her permanent residence of the Withering Mire lies within the Grey Wastes of Hades, Priscilla often travels to the Material Plane, seeking out people in dire straits to make crooked bargains with. Priscilla thrives in other beings' pain and despair, seeking to convince them to give away a meaningful facet of their life in return for an object of power or magical secrets.
Appearance. Priscilla takes a number of female humanoid forms when wandering the Material Plane, but her true form is that of a gnarled, reddish-purple skinned crone with black dreadlocks, hellish red eyes, and ram horns curling back from her forehead. She is always garbed in various décor made of small bones and skulls.
