The Siege of Stonegate Fortress

Orcish forces, seeking revenge for their defeat at Ironhold, laid siege to the dwarven fortress of Stonegate. The siege lasted for months, with both sides suffering heavy casualties.   A massive stone fortress stands tall against a backdrop of mountains, its walls battered but unyielding. Orcish war machines hurl fiery projectiles, while dwarven archers retaliate from the battlements. The ground is littered with the fallen, and the air is thick with smoke and the cries of battle.   In a bid for revenge after their defeat at Ironhold, the orcs laid siege to the dwarven stronghold of Stonegate Fortress. The prolonged siege saw both sides locked in a brutal stalemate, with neither willing to give an inch.
