Crowns are the minted currency of Krosis made from small, square chips of quartz of varying colors with a hole punched through the middle. Typically, merchants would count them on either a small length of cord or a council-approved spool that holds up to 20 coins.

The spools had 5 carved notches, each denoting increments of 4.

Krosian Crowns

Purple Quartz, typically referred to as Shillings or Violets, are worth the same as Silver Shillings. They are the most common currency of merchants and tradecrafters in Krosis. White quartz, however, are worth the same as Brass Pennies, and are typically used by peasantry. These are known simply as Whites, or Pennies.
Legacy currencies, such as Voðaenic Scaettas or Riesmooran Geld, are equivalent to Zweihander's Gold Crowns.
