Mercati

The Mercati are a gang of thieves and mercenaries intermingling with destitute citizens. Most prefer to hide in plain sight, under the guise of merchants or tradesmen. Others can be seen operating openly as bodyguards within The River or The Lower Deck. Rumor has it that some resort to banditry, robbing trains along the Krosian Railway.
