Rhynnish Quarter

A housing district of Krosis home to the majority of its rhynne population. The River's cool waters flow beneath a spiraling basalt slope and coalesce into a sparkling, near-silent whirlpool below. Accommodations have been built upon the walls, their windows aglow with arcane energies. This picturesque scene is made even more surreal by the massive quartz chandelier that casts light upon the sector from above, the colors of which change depending on the time of day.
Though the citizens here are mostly rhynnish, some ulthari and even the odd castian can be found enjoying their stay.
