West Lochs
An affluent district constructed upon an elevated section of The River. It contains the headquarters of the Artisan's Guild, as well as the homes of many members of the Arcane Council. Most houses here are built facing the west, and are situated in a way that grants the owners a stunning view of the quartz deposits above Caldera's upper deck.
