Candra, The Second Moon

Candra is the second of the Moons, seldom appearing without one of her sisters. She created the outer planes, and arranged the planes around Avanar. She is considered the most intelligent of the Gods, and is often worshipped by wizards and scholars. She is known to be the shyest of the Gods, but cordial and adverse to violence.
