Once used requires 30 minutes charge in open starlight to use.
Can zoom up to 5 times.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The glass stores starlight in the avarite lens and is enchanted to allow the user to release it over a 1 hour period. Looking through the glass during this time allows the user to see clearly no matter how dark the surroundings.
