This city is the undisputed underwater capital. The seas of Avasoyrd are known to be extremely dangerous, but this city state is the bastion of light among the darkness.
Azerketi have lived and ruled here since as long as anyone can recall. There is even magic throughout the city that allows air breathing creatures to reside here safely. Many merchants hire Levinean guards to protect their ships from underwater and the city is a thriving trade hub.
Recently the city has shut itself off completely from outsiders. The city has disabled the magics that allowed ships to dock above the underwater city and their crews to travel down.
