Valane

Valane is a closed off city-state in the middle of the battle between Thaumdeep and The Great, Holy, and Pious Alliance of Kingdoms. Both countries regularly try to invade Valane to no success.
Valane has mysterious technology they use to repel any attacking forces, for some reason however, they do not take the offensive.
