Fengyu (Fing-yee)

Fengyu is a spymaster and tactician who worked closely with Kyoshi. She is a mysterious and graceful Kyoshi Warrior and master of hand to hand combat. During The Zodiac Inquisition, she worked as a trainer for new recruits The New Flying Opera Company.
Though her origins are unknown, there's something very familiar about Fengyu that makes anyone question... have they met before?

THE ART OF DRAG
After meeting Kyoshi, Zhuan became inspired to become a powerful female icon like the Avatar. Kyoshi trained Zhuan under her wing, before entrusting his training to Kala, leader of the Kyoshi Warriors. Zhuan would try to impress the Kyoshi Warriors in hopes to join the group. However, their traditions state that males cannot become members of their group. Zhuan would also train under the ex-members of The Flying Opera Company to learn espionage, spy-craft, acting, and combat. Though he enjoyed learning to be a spy, his heart was set on becoming one of the Kyoshi Warriors. One day, on a trip to Ba Seng Se, Zhuan stumbled upon a wig store, where he found a beautiful, long, brunette wig made of human hair. He knew he had to have it. Zhuan pulled off his first solo heist to steal the wig from the store in the dead of night. Though he was successful, he also felt guilty, so he left his earnings from his previous mission on the mannequin head. When they returned to Yakoya Port, Zhuan broke into the Kyoshi Warriors armory to steal some weapons, armor, and most importantly, makeup. The next morning, he donned their traditional regalia, but made a few creative adjustments based on his taste. Looking at himself in the mirror, he once again saw opulence. It was this day that his "Fengu" drag alter ego was born.THE NEW GIRL
The next morning, Fengyu challenged Kala in front of the Kyoshi Warriors. Though he managed to fool everyone, Kala knew that it was her pupil behind the regalia. Nevertheless, Kala accepted her challenge. Though she managed to land a few good hits, she ultimately lost to her master. She accepted her loss with grace, and bowed to the warriors with an apology. Though he lost the challenge, Fengyu's dedication and technique managed to impress the Kyoshi Warriors and Kala herself. Though they had their reservations, they accepted Fengyu as an honorary member of the group. Fengyu began training as a Kyoshi Warrior while remaining as a trainee with The Flying Opera Company. In those two years, both Fengyu and Zhuan were deployed on many missions, especially those in the noble high society circles of The Earth Kingdom. Their expertise were procuring court intrigue for the group. Though he enjoyed the missions as Zhuan, the man, the best missions were the ones where Fengyu stole the attention (and many other things) with class and sophistication. Zhuan became an important member within Kyoshi's inner circle. He was a respected member of the group, a fierce warrior, an excellent spy, and a central but fleeting figure of high society events in the nation. But most of all, he began to love himself for everything he is. By 293 BG, Kyoshi would re-establish The New Flying Opera Company to aid her mission against The Heralds and The Celestials. The New Flying Opera Company would begin recruiting outlaws to join their mission to end the Zodiac Inquisition by pulling heists around the world to obtain the Chaos Jewels. When they are not deployed in missions, Fengyu and Zhuan trained young recruits in the art of spy-craft and armed combat. It is here where our story begins.
