Niya

Niya is a high-ranking member of the Celestials. 
A former lover of Satomi, she discovered that she is a Bloodbender one night after defending Satomi from bandits. Years later, they have a falling out. 
Niya joins the Celestials, who take an interest in her for being able to blood bend without a full moon. She appears in the Repolyo Heist arc, where it was revealed she is in a relationship with Qi-Rah.

Ice Gauntlet | defend & maneuver | Cover your hand with a sheathe of ice. Become Prepared. When you next make an attack, inflict an additional 1-fatigue
Refresh | evade & observe | Apply water to reinvigorate and close wounds on a willing target. Mark 1-fatigue to heal an ally in reach who is evading and observing. Clear an appropriate status from them, and clear 3-fatigue or two conditions.
