Armatos (Arm-uh-t-oh-s)

Armatos is a Royal world in the southern part of the western empire. It is the 4th planet in its system and is classified as 78% habitable by the galactic standard. It is a fairly barren world averaging a Temperature of 45° F. Most of the planet is rocky crags and hills with almost no greenery. It also is often covered in snow and over half the planetary year is winter conditions. The oceans are a saltwater brine that has an odd green color due to the algae that fill them. This algae produces most and if not all of the planet’s oxygen. There are also parts of the world in which many huge mountain ranges reside. Most of the architecture is medieval in appearance and the planet (being an old fortress world) is covered in ancient, gothic fortresses and castles.
