Gosyx (Gah-sih-cks)

Basic Information

Anatomy

Gosyx are 4 winged and 4 legged bat-like flying creatures. The inhabit rock craigs and cliffs on Avia as well as caves in mountains. Nocturnal creatures, they emerge at night on leathery wings to hunt, their dense fur keeping them warm in the cold tempatures that exist high in the sky. Their 4 legs each end in 4 razor sharp claws, often used to punch into prey and rip out a chosen organ. They accomplish this via their X-ray type vision, which also makes it nearly impossible to hide from the creatures.

Genetics and Reproduction

Communal creatures, Gosyx make their nests and have usually 10-12 children with their mates over the course of their lives.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Gosyx hunt largely other birds of Avia, of which there are many, but also sometimes dive down to the ground to scoop up unsuspecting food below.
