Notes
The Dark Ones's met up with Talyrr, Frojoh, and Jeki. They help Ellywick "Periwinkle" Timbers be cleansed of her disease, then the group heads to the Rue Pond to speak with the Lady.
Asmodeus shows up saying he'll only let Frojoh Coilbane out of her agreement if she agrees to give up her devilish blood. Frojoh Coilbane refuses outright, citing an affinity for her current self-identity and she senses possible collusion by Asmodeus and the Lady against herself. Finally, Asmodeus and the Lady decide to strip her of both their powers until she is ready to make up her mind. Then they were banished from the Lady's pond island.
The moment the group stepped off the pond, the book that Frojoh Coilbane had for all this time came alive, said don't go with those two jabronies and to go with him. He claims not to remember what happened before he was torn from the stomach of the man Frojoh Coilbane found him in so long ago. He said that he was aware of events before now but could not act because the power of Glasya and Asmodeus kept him silent. Book is compelled purely by his id, but makes troubling remarks that hint at a possible growing threat. He also said that he is compelled to get on a boat and solve the prophetic mystery in his pages.
Upon arriving as Daes the group is struck by the WorldBard's ability to write and recite a beautiful and graceful city such as Daes. A young man named Wassuer'Valassonha told them of the Sandrin El'kasso, a beauty pageant of love and dancing and stuff. Most of the group now wants to compete against the Butterfly King in order to earn his boon, as will be when they pass the contests there.
