Manor Blackbane is the residence to the master arcanist of Dieter. Currently that individual is Doh-Lann Blackbane. It has living space for Doh-Lann Blackbane, his staff, and Bashira. Further, there is a telescope and a study.
The exterior main gate has been enchanted with intelligence and with haughty superiority determines who should enter and who should not.
