Grand-Duke Ulder Ravengard

Ravengard is one of the Council of the Four for Baldur's Gate. The four individuals are the diplomatic leaders of the city and deal with neighboring towns and settlements, while maintaining order in Baldur's Gate itself. His role on the council is Head Counselor and General for the Flaming Fist (the city's main military force).
He is persuaded by another member of the Council to visit Elturel, a neighboring city east of Baldur's Gate. Unfortunately, his arrival almost immediately coincided with one of the city's largest catastrophes...as Elturel fell into the plane of Avernus, which resides inside of the Nine Hells.
Ulder Ravengard's whereabouts are unknown at the moment, as are the whereabouts of over half of the citizens of Elturel. In his absence, the Flaming Fist has taken control of the city and closed all gates, preventing refugees from Elturel from coming in, and the city's own citizens from getting out. Day by day, Baldur's Gate is becoming more-and-more unstable...and the strength of Followers of The Dead Three is growing.
