Thavius is the High Overseer of the city of Elturel and formerly was a priest of Torm.
Not much is known by the players of Thavius yet, other than he was the ruler of the city that had mass refugees fleeing to Baldur's Gate.
Thavius was scheduled to meet with Grand-Duke Ravengard the day the city fell into Avernus.
