Dalsi Theramancer

Dalsi Theramancers are regarded as experts in the field of theramancy. The title is given by the Council of Healing to theramancers who have a thorough understanding of theramancy and have displayed excellent practice in the field. They are the highest rank of theramancer within the Council.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of recorded medical practice.
• A Mastery level understanding of theramancy.

Appointment

When the Council of Healing decides that there is someone deserving of the rank, they will hold an award ceremony at their headquarters. The ceremony is usually well attended by fellow theramancers and many people of high standing attend as well to give their well wishes and potentially form a relationship with the new Dalsi.

Responsibilities

Though a Dalsi Theramancer may spend his time as he wishes whether it be running a clinic of his own, assisting others around the world, or doing something unrelated to the field, he must always be ready to be called in for an emergency.
Dalsi Theramancers are the people that the world looks to when they are in need. Whether they are dealing with a plague or an important figure is lying on his deathbed, a Dalsi Theramancer may be called in to assist.

Accoutrements & Equipment

A magic stone connected to the Council of Healers is always carried on their person so that they can be notified if their assistance is needed.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If a Dalsi is found to have committed inhumane or immoral medical practices, they will be stripped of their title and their medical license will be revoked.
