Expanding Whipped Cream

Overview

It is like your standard whipped cream, except that it slowly expands once it is removed from a specially prepared box. This fluffy and sweet delight can assume several flavors: vanilla, chocolate, pumpkin spice, and mint. The dish is of Elven make. The exact technique of making expanding whipped cream is difficult to master. This dish is a particularly common one in the Silver City of Luna, and it is also a desired treat for many travelers due to its prolonged nature. Normal whipped cream can last about 2 maybe 3 days. Expanding whipped cream can last a month.

Expansion of the Cream

While it is contained in a box, it appears to have the consistency of sour cream. When scooped out and placed on a choice dish the cream then fluffifies as it aerates the process of which is responsible for the great expansion of the cream. One teaspoon of the cream can result in a cup-full of whipped cream. In a sense, this is cream that does not require whisking to become fluffy.
