Overview

When certain kinds of dried corn, usually from the renowned Péttur Corn plant, are heated over a fire they explode into a tasty and fluffy treat. This meal is rather common on the Dammerung continental island of the Quassus Continent.

Details

The dried Péttur Corn is about the size of a regular piece of corn. When it explodes into fluffy goodness it grows to the size of a cannon ball. What surprises most is that rather than being excessively airy as one would expect the fluff is surprisingly full. It is described as "bread-like" by most. The flavor of this bread-like substance is akin to sourdough but sweater. Several kinds of toppings can be applied to enhance this flavor including butter.

Nutrition

They say that just one corn is as satisfying and filling as a three course meal. As such, Giant Popping Corn is a prized commodity for the active traveler.
