Appearance

Dwain is in his younger years, just barely thirty.

History

Dwain was trained to be a Lawkeeper by the man who made him a deputy - Rafferty Kloss. As Deputy, he was tasked with overseeing the Dancing Fire display for the Day of Plenty festival and as a result, he completely missed the attack on Ullford. Dwain also succeeded Rafferty after Rafferty vacated the post of Chief Lawkeeper to take a role on the UIlford Council.

Ability

Dwain has yet to showcase any martial prowess.
As a Lawkeeper, Dwain follows in his mentor's footsteps. Like Rafferty, Dwain is known to be firm but fair. Everyone gets a fair trial, everyone's story gets heard before judgement gets made.

Allies

Rafferty is almost a secondary father figure to Dwain (both of Dwain's parents are still alive).
Dwain has also recently begun to form a trusting bond with a group of adventurers, who have helped deal with various problems around Ullford during a time when Rafferty's Lawkeepers were stretched thin.
Dwain is not in a romantic relationship and does not have any children.
