Linus Bohr

Appearance

Linus Bohr is a wiry, thin man. A long pointed nose and beady eyes, with a permanently-studious gaze give him an outright bird-like appearance. He keeps himself well-presented at all times, with his greying hair cut short, coiffed and slicked back with a trim full-beard in conjunction. He wears smart, formal, clothes at all times, in the Aldenian style rather than local Ialosian, and yet never seems to break a sweat.

Personality

Not much is publically known about Linus Bohr's private life. He is a reserved individual outside of Voi Technia's walls, and within it, he watches proceedings like a hawk. An intelligent individual and also remarkably insightful, his opinions and decisions are often celebrated. Those traits also make him incredibly difficult to lie to.

Voi Technia

Bohr is Voi Technia's head of personnel. He is, ultimately, in charge of recruitment and has outright authority to overrule any deployment assignments. Only Voi Technia's leader has a higher authority in that regard. Whilst many of Voi Technia's ranks are skilled combat veterans, bards or magically adept, not much is known about Linus's fighting capabilities or, indeed, if he has any. No one of a rank beneath him has served long enough to remember a time before Linus existing in the position he now holds.
Linus's insights are often sought after by the official lawkeeping force of Ialos, and Maressea as a whole, the Nomoi.

History

Linus was born and raised in Galekirk, a small town to Dawnstone's north-west, in Aldenia. At some point in his younger adult years he made his way to Ialos, aligned himself with Voi Technia and rose through its ranks. Linus is never outwardly secretive about his past and yet seems to very rarely find himself in a position that he is required to proffer any details about it.
