Achenwald

The Titan Graveyard

Achenwald is a stretch of land near Xulf that has certainly seen better days. Previously home to lush forests and slight hills, it was excavated and exploited mercilessly by the budding city until only cracked land and dying flora remained, yet this was only made worse during the Civil War of Xulf, also known as 'The Day We Almost Touched the Gods.'
Now all that remains are the remnants of the titanic machinations used in the war...A haunting reminder of the potential power of invention.

Geography

The ground has been beaten and battered until it is nearly unrecognizable from its initial findings. What few trees remain are gnarled and petrified, lacking any foliage and further north, nearly the sparse mountains, are mostly craters and holes, threatening to topple the peaks.
Instead, a lot of the geography has been replaced by fallen machines, most of which have rusted or had greenery attempt to grow over.
