Cutthroat Cove

A cove tucked away in the south eastern corner of the eastern continent. It is especially dangerous due to the lifted coral and rocks at the mouth of the cove, requiring extreme skill in nautical navigation to avoid breaking the bottom hull boards of a ship.

Geography

The cove is a bay at the south east corner of the eastern continent with a large enough cave to house a few ships. The mouth of the bay is especially deceptive considering that just below the water's surface sharp rocks and coral have formed and pose a serious threat to boats unaware. This has made the defense of the cove exceptionally easy and has thwarted most attempts to attack by ship.   The only other entrance to the cove is hidden within the mountain it is tucked away in, disguised by a large boulder that is blocking, but is smoothed near the bottom to be pushed away and reveal a hidden passage.
