The Troubled Mire

An island entirely compromised of swamp lands, covered in a thick fog. It is home to a tribalistic and savage sect of Lizardmen who enslave, and in extreme cases outright kill, Humans, Dwarves, Elves, and other humanoid like races.

Fauna & Flora

Crocodiles and water monitors gather around the swamp lands and pose serious threats not just to adventurers but to the many 'greenwater' fish (Like bass and shad) that swim up to feast upon the plants and insects.
It is also home to giant mosquitoes, the size of birds, known to drain interlopers for easier capturing by the Lizardmen.
Otherwise reeds, willows, and moss are the predominant flora.
