Toldrun River

The Toldrun River flows from the Toldrun's Shoulders mountain range to the Yaegar Ocean, forming a border between the Toldrun See and their northern neighboring kingdom of Oestbernia. Unlike the border rivers south of the See, this one is not known by different names. The somewhat cordial relationship between Oestbernia and the See - coupled with the border region's fear of Inquisition raids instilled over 460+ years - made Oestbernia acquiesce to the river's new name once the Toldrunites seized power.
The eastern reaches of this river are surrounded by forests where the river descends from the mountains. The forest on the southern bank has been repeatedly culled several hundred feet back from the river's edge, but the northern forest runs right up to the banks. Past these forests, there are two settlements along the river's banks: Storvak in the See and Rio Plano on the Oestbernian side.
