Earth

Planet Earth is the third planet from the Sun in our solar system. The majority of Earth is covered by oceans, including the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Southern, and Arctic Oceans. It contains seven continents, namely Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Australia, and Europe. The "Field of Stories" takes place in the continent of Europe, which is located in the Northern Hemisphere of Earth and is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the North, the Atlantic Ocean to the West, and the Mediterranean Sea to the South. In the East, Europe is flanked by Asia.

The Kilden Region

The Region of Kilden is situated in the West center of Europe, spanning over the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Prussia, and the former Kingdom of Hanover (annexed in 1866). The locals share a strong partnership rooted in an ancient collaborative- and later Feudal system that predates the current borders. For centuries, this system has been central to the area's social fabric and part of the tradition of the locals. Yet, the feudal system is especially beneficial for the nobility. After the French Time and the abolisment of the feudal system in neighbouring countries, tensions grow between the nobility and lower classes.   After the French era, most of the old traditions, like the feudal system, were put back in place, which was highly different from other countries that abolished these systems. Yet, the nobility got a lot less power, giving them the task of " overseeing" an area instead of ruling it. Still, they own most of the land and have a final say in most decisions. Money and status still rule the lands.
