To not investigate this camp would be a tactical error. It is clear based on the secrecy that surrounds even its name and purpose, that the camp is significant and of great importance to the the Paragons. Ignoring it would be a grave mistake. Consider this evidence:
Brotherhood members are used message mules.
They do not know that the more obvious logistic and investigative messages that they may be asked to carry also carry encrypted in them oblique mentions of this location.
Logistical information is sparse.
Certainly, we have only been able to collect a small sample of these messages, since we’ve identified the mule messenger route used. These samples are sparse in logistical information which implies that the camp is self-sufficient and isolated, perhaps even distant or in a part of the Realm not know to us.
There seems to be no purpose for this camp. Is this not strange? The communications while discussing the camp never mention what its purpose is. Paragons always have a purpose. History has shown us this.
These intercepts indicate that the encryption for messages using the Tertiary Subroute between ArenPort and The Pinnacle must be corrected. Further, note that the facility in question, Camp 56, appears to be on the verge of being compromised. Increase security to better control information leakage and also prepare to have the camp and its resources moved. Please provide a brief containing a secondary location and a possible resource dispersion program to be used in response to the Outcasts probable attack on the camp.
The loss of 1500 Ee-Loque vessels would be very problematic. That would be loss of 1500 annual ranks of Ee-Loque. That represents a significant investment of time and resources. The Brotherhood leaderships would not be happy should their redacting efforts be wasted.
