Naming
All people, with the exception of non-magical humans, receive two names shortly after birth, engraved in their memory.
The first name is the Fate name, given by a seer chosen by the Goddess of Magic Ellys. It is a combination of letters and placings that form a unique name that hides clues about the person's future life.
The second name is the magic name, given by a strong, trained magician with a pure magic heritage. It is a word in either the modern or ancient Magic Language, whose meaning is related to the person's gift.
People often choose their Fate name to be called by, but many choose their magic one.
