Loves reading, learning knew things, he is very intelligent. He does not like fighting, he is not very good at it cause of how uncoordinated and weak he is.

One of his flaws is he cares a lot about what other people think, he will do anything to help his mother, and in the beggining he is pretty helpless cause he can't fight. (But maybe something happens to change that?)
