Magni Bronzebeard
The king of the dwarven kingdom of Khaz Modan, Thane of Ironforge, and head of the Bronzebeard Clan. Magni has two brothers, Brann and Muradin. During the Second War Magni joined the Alliance to stop the Horde from taking all of the Eastern Kingdoms. Now Magni is preparing for another war between the living and the dead.
The Bronzebeard family has faced many hardships. Muradin was sent to Northrend to claim the runic long sword known as Frostmourne. Not many dwarves came back from that expedition but the ones that survived claimed that Arthas took Muradin's life. With the news that Arthas murdered his dad, King Terenas Menethil II, Magni knew the claims must have been true. Not only losing a brother, Magni also lost his wife to ice trolls attacking Ironforge. His daugher Moira would grow up with out her mother. Being the heir to the throne, Moira was raised by her father, to be a future queen for Ironforge.
During the construction of the Deeprun Tram, artifacts were found that revealed secrets of the dwarven heritage. Brann was put in charge of this new industry, Archaeology. Thus the Hall of Explorers was built. Treasures deep in the mountains were always a motive for the dwarves but now there was another treasure they could mine out, secrets of the past.
