Main reasons for this can include:
- There are major spoilers in the page you are attempting to view. In this case, the page will become public once you make appropriate progress in the campaign.
- The information is top tier, super secret, experimental world building stuff! And as such, is subject to change.
- The page is currently under heavy editing. If you had access to this page once before, it may be that the DM needs to make sure relevant info is properly concealed in the entry before allowing access again.
- The DM is a forgetful nincompoop! And has forgotten to allow access to the page after posting the link or making edits to it. Please send an angry goblin with a sternly written letter to him with all due haste!
