Trike Knights

What is a historical military unit in your world? What makes it so famous?
The Trike Knights
These men are the bread and butter of human military might. The kings and rulers of any battlefeild, and a dangerous foe to be sure. when the Reptila Greenskins created the Ceratops trade and gave humaity the ability to have domesticated Triceratops, they imediatly turned it into a weapon. Ten heavy crossbow weilding men could confortably be on it's back, with a single, strong knight stearing the mighty beast into the enemy. The Triceratops wasn't scared of fire like elephants, and would not scare as easily. They are more adapted to the mountian enviorment and ca be moved easier then any other warbeast. The most well know excersion that was undegone by these knights was the steriotypical tale...rescuse Lady Hope Torvos from her fort that is surounded by Maneater Greenskins led by the Goblin General, and the Dragon Sivilius. The castle would fall and the Greenskins would be able to revage the villages that relied on those forts to hold. So ten Trikes left the capital, and in two days arrived on tha battlefeild. Now Trikes do not exaust easily. They can cross the twenty leauge pass to the fort three times before requireing to eat and graze. The ten Knights relised devistating volies that killed twelve orcs in the volley, staggered, the line reformed, but to late, as the knights crashed right into their rear. They dived deep, getting into the goblin archers and evicerating the tiny creatures underfoot, or skewered by horns. The fire daragn himself came down upon a Trike known as Ye Olde, a veteran team who would dive straight into hell if it meant they could kill their enemies, the collision we felt throught the battle, the strength of the dragon verses the power of Triceratops, Other Trikes slammed into th dragon, making it a two on one, then a three on one. The beast had to fly off before his win had to many holes form the Kights bolts and Beasts horns. The five hundred men at arms in the fort joined the fray. Lady Hope leading the charge with her banner flying above her men. The defeat landed here was legendary, as a Triceratops dueled and lived after fighting a Dragon. The truth of the story was lost in most retellings but the moral of the story remain the same. The Trike Kights were the craziest sons of guns you will ever fight, and they will devistate you when they do. Another honarable mention is when a Common Greenskin village was saved by a single Trike from a hundred slavers. This even led to the nomadic culture of the Church of the God Triceratops (a popular goblin religion) to form. To anyone else, it was a local trike doing his duty, to the goblins, it wa devine intervention. So to anyone who dares fight this brutal fighting force, may the gods have mercy on you, for these humans will not.
