Prince Levistus

Prince Levistus is among the powerful dukes of Baator. Ever since the Lord of the Nine, Asmodeus, imprisoned him within ice, he has taken to gathering information about as much as he can. This makes the Reliquary, Levistus's stronghold in Stygia, one of the largest repositories of knowledge in the Prime Expanse. There are rumors that Levistus has even found the truenames of certain powerful beings and stored them away in the Reliquary. If these rumors are true, no one knows why Levistus refuses to use them. His condition leaves him underestimated by many of the dukes of Baator, even those far beneath him consider him to be of little consequence. 
When beings come to the Reliquary though, they come seeking Levistus's help, and in this way he exerts his power. He does not give a morsel of information away without what he considers to be a fair trade and something will be given.
