Tieflings

There are those who, in order to further some self-interested goal or what have you, consort with the fiends of Baator. They make deals for power they shouldn't have and in exchange sully their blood with the infernal. This corruption manifests physically. Horns sprout from the head, the skin's pigment turns reddish, eyes change hue to red or yellow and sometimes even black. One should take care when consorting with devils.
