Or-Kyne

The Or-Kyne are a tall and broad species, pejoratively referred to as "Orcs". Often their size, strength, and brutish visages give the inaccurate impression of being savage and bestial. They are as often as not, scholarly, artistic, and to the dismay of many humans, the undisputed lords of commerce across the continent.
There are two broad Or-Kyne cultures, the Nylovor, a more insular group that, while found around the world, trend towards xenophobia. The Nylovor have two metropolitan cities on the continent of Mattaresh, to the east and north of Sarchoria.

The Vahareh, who tend towards travel and relationships with all the other peoples split their communities between cliffside cities in Mattaresh, where they have mastered training griffons, and a sea-fairing nation that maintains constantly changing ship-city flotillas.
