Head of Family / Parriarch (Parry-ark)

Qualifications

The eldest living child of the last patriarch who is both able and willing to be in charge becomes the new parriarch. The only exception being if the eldest living child is under 100 years and will not be anytime soon, or the previous parriarch had no children. In which case, the parriarchy goes to the next eldest sibling of the previous patriarch, until they die, in which case the parriarchy will revert back to the child of the previous parriarch, if they exist, or continue to the most recent parriarch's eldest child.

Requirements

The parriarch must be at least 100, but some exceptions are made if the rightful patriarch is 95 or older.

To govern and protect the family.

Family will address the parriarch in familial titles, such as mother, uncle, sister, etc.
