Oseka Memorial Park

Oseka Memorial Park is a monument dedicated to those who lost their lives during the Bombing of Oseka.   At its center stands a statue of a Yashelin, or a Katuqin Astris to be precise. Written beneath the statue is the quote, "The universe knows no borders. For better and for worse, we must draw our own lines." The statue and the quote belongs to Nanatu Zylpeiros, an astronomer who died as a result of the bombing. The original quote was a mere joke regarding the unimaginative Triangle Constellation during a lecture, but took on an interpretive life of its own after the bombing.
