Alari Institute

Situated on the frozen island of Alari, at the southern end of the Tchakoni Ocean, this largely-uninhabited landmass acts primarily as a research base for organizations from all across Holtan. Because of this, the island nation and its' city-sized campuses have sworn to political neutrality in times of conflict- a vow that could be compromised by the rumors that the institue has ties to research facilities on Atai.
