Cartasa

Bordering the Caldaraan Confederation to the south, Cartasa is the only nation on the continent not to join the confederation. Centuries of animosity from a people who had been repeatedly relocated by their neighbors (and lader by the Judari Empire) have made Cartasa's leaders obstinante in their interactions with the Confederation, although Caldaraan diplomats have managed to dissuade open hostilities and even bring Cartasa to the negotiation table.
