Harrison Armory's activities in the Babylon Sector have been, on the books, mostly assisting Union in regaining stability in the region. In practice, the presence of their AMTs do more to agitate the already unstable region, acting as a looming reminder of Union and the Armory's dominance. Rumors of further, more deliberate destabilization efforts circulate around Union Navy personnel, but remain unconfirmed.
