From pharmaceutical facilities and medical drugs research to weapon design and mech production, Red Lily has been able to establish themselves as a multinational conglomerate. Red Lily has such an influence in the production and sales of every product that almost the entire city of Nyl is essentially created from the ground up all thanks to the Corporation. Since they don't have any affiliation with any factions, they were able to launch an initiative of having a branch office and hospital in each major country.
