President of the Caldaraan Development Bank (CDB).
Highly analytical, he is more bureaucrat than businessman, something only a little strange given the CDB's role as a state corporation.
The CDB has been instrumental in transforming Caldaraa's vast natural resources into major infrastrucure projects (like the Caldaraan's Confedaration's space elevator and Kapwa Station) and research & development initiatives (that led to projects like Majuro's Schedule 3 printer).
With the arrival of Union, the CDB has been tasked with fulfilling the First Pillar for the people of the Caldaraan Confederation as a start.
