Teija Speiker-Pelotte, Director, Military Intelligence Bureau

Ms. Speiker-Pelotte left a rather boring life as a noble in House Za'Ren to enlist with the Vi'Saan during the Dusk War. She worked as a military-diplomatic attache, rooting out Union or Judari sympathizers within the ranks. After the founding of the Septarmic Autarchy, she was tapped to lead the new Military Intelligence Bureau. She has worked tirelessly for the last 28 years to enforce a pro-Vi'Saan ideology not just in the Autarchy, but the League of Hakara as a whole. It is largely due to her that the influence of the Prophesied Return has remained so powerful.
