Argus Transatlantic takes full control of the government and services of New Hudson City.

Hudson State has approved the sale of New Hudson City, the largest privatization of a metropolitan region in the world. Argus Transatlantic's municipal management division negotiated a minimum ten year ownership of the metro region including all associated services.   The citizens of the city have no vote on the measure. New Hudson City is several billion dollars in debt and has not seen working public transport, effective policing, or other services, for months.   Argus promises to change that.   The contract stipulates that buyback proposals will be reviewed every five years after a ten year initial grace period.
