Husk - Reformed

Magic is a wild force, and one that we do not always control. Sometimes, it is not we who shape magic but magic which shapes us.
Husk is an arguably derogatory term used to regarding individuals who are "reformed" by their focus. Reforming is a more recent and gentler term referring to the process of ones magic drastically changing their body in its manifestation. A hulking mass of muscle, a woman with a kaleidoscopic eye or a child with spider legs; reformation takes many forms. 
Some believe this applies to anyone who's magic morphs their body, temporary or not, but this is uncommon. Most understand Husk to mean someone who's permanent appearance is entirely unique, horrific or not. 
In any case, if you meet someone who looks like nothing you've seen before, best use reformed. Or maybe just... don't mention it.
