Core Tome Collection

This is the massive library full of magical tomes, scrolls, magical items in the city of Kudsall . It is a massive cylinder structure erected near The Arcane Dome . About the size of a 10 story tall building, the walls mainly stained glass depicting the galaxy with a glass dome on top. An observatory rests at the top. A spiral staircase reaches all the way to the top. On its way up it passes story after story of books, and books, and books. Each floor with about millions of tomes, and scrolls. The last couple floors seem to be some sort of museum for rare magical items, all heavily guarded.
